In this Event Subethar Suresh Rai, JCO, (8TN BN NCC, Kumbakonam) honoured Mr. Lakshmanan, B.E., Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Office, Kumbakonam, Dr. Prema, MBBS, City Health Officer, Municipal Corporation Office, Kumbakonam, Subethar. Suresh Rai, JCO. All the participants were taken the Oath in the programme.
